Is this really free — what is the catch? +
There is no subscription, no setup fee and no card needed to open your store. We make money only when you do: a small platform fee applies per sale, shown in your dashboard before you start selling. Payment-gateway charges from Razorpay, PhonePe or your UPI provider are separate and go to them, not to us.
How long does approval take? +
We review applications within 24 hours. Once approved, your store and dashboard are created automatically and you get an email as soon as it is live.
Can I use my own domain? +
Yes. You can start on a free getystore.com address and connect your own domain whenever you are ready. We handle the domain mapping and issue the SSL certificate so your store is secure.
Which payment methods are supported? +
UPI (deep-link and QR straight to your own UPI ID), Razorpay for cards, netbanking and wallets, PhonePe, and Cash on Delivery. You choose which ones to switch on for your store.
Do I need GST to sell here? +
You can start without it. If you are GST-registered, add your GSTIN and the platform will produce GST-compliant invoices automatically. Meeting your own tax obligations remains your responsibility.
What happens to my store and data if I want to leave? +
Your data is yours. You can export your products, orders and customer data from your dashboard at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data when you close your store. There is no lock-in period and no exit fee.
Do I need technical skills? +
No. There is nothing to install and no hosting to configure. If you can fill in a form and upload a photo, you can run your store — and we will help you through the setup.
